Jul 16, 2021

This month, Jason Borschow, Abarca’s president and CEO, was invited to discuss trending topics in hiring on The Multiplier Effect podcast.

In the 30 minute episode, Jason shared best practices for building an authentic company culture and employer brand, and the role they play in attracting the right employees. He also provided insights into his journey to founding Abarca, and the values the company was built on.

“Culture starts with the top,” Jason shared. “The truth of the matter is, the CEO has to live the values of the organization, and provide a model so everyone else can look up and say ‘it’s safe for me to take risks.’”

The Multiplier Effect is a podcast from Endeavor NWA. Each week, high-impact leaders from the Endeavor Entrepreneur network share their stories and advice around pressing topics in business. In its third season, The Multiplier Effect will focus on hiring for scale, and feature conversations about executive hiring strategies, leadership assessment, and industry trends designed for scale.

Jason was selected to join Endeavor in 2019, becoming the first Endeavor Entrepreneur from Puerto Rico.
