We are thrilled to welcome Terry Harrison to the Abarca family! As Vice President of Client Success, Terry will set the overall vision for Abarca’s Client Service model and translate that vision into execution. Amongst other duties, he will also lead and support complex client conversations and dynamics in pursuit of delivering a better experience and meeting client needs.
With over 15 years of experience in pharmacy benefit operations and account management, he brings with him extensive knowledge in the implementation and oversight of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial prescription drug programs.
Prior to joining Abarca, Terry was the Vice President of Strategic Account Management for Citizens Rx, where he managed both the implementation and account management teams. Before this, he held positions as Director of Government Programs, Director of Manufacturer Rebate Administration, and Operations Manager for national PBM companies. Terry holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration.
