We are thrilled to announce that we have added two new Abarcans to the Senior Leadership Team!
Serge Perras has joined as our Chief Information Officer, bringing a solid track record of driving digital transformation across the insurance, financial, healthcare, telecommunications, and other industries. Most recently, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for an organization that provides primary services to underserved communities. In his new role, Serge will help advance Abarca’s enterprise strategy, including the company’s vision, growth goals, and technology objectives.
Nicole Bulochnik, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, CRC will be assuming the role of VP, Drug Pricing, where she will lead the network, rebate, and underwriting teams. With more than 13 years of experience in hospitals and health plans, Nicole has a proven history of harnessing data analytics and advanced pharmacy knowledge to deliver results for organizations. She most recently served as a leader on the Actuarial Pharmacy Services team at Optum.
