Despite the conditions, our operations are up and running. We continue to process claims without interruption. Our redundant architecture has been performing as planned with the forward-thinking design we built to ensure we are always up for our clients and members.
Our Call Center continues to provide coverage 24 hours a day. Pharmacies may contact our Call Center team using the phone numbers included in claim messaging or via fax.
