Abarca earns top scores on Kincentric's Global Employee Engagement Survey

94% of employees feel Abarca values diversity.

Based on these results, Abarca has also been named among the top ten employers in Puerto Rico for the second year in a row.

– 94% feel the organization values diversity.
– 90% would describe the organization as caring/people-oriented.
– 90% would describe the organization as purpose-oriented/socially responsible.
– 89% feel encouraged to suggest improvements to better serve external customers.
